Block Party

Where: Springhill Baptist Church Activity Center on McGregor Ave on the second floorCome join us for fun and friendship. All you bring is whatever you are working on. We have people hand piecing, appliquéing, red/black working, rotary cutting, marking quilts, flipping through idea books, etc. Even the occasional sewing machine. Questions or problems? There’s always someone that can give hints or suggestions.
Baltimore Album Group
When: 1st Monday of each month at 9:30

Quilt of Valor
Stars Over Mobile: meets the first Tuesday of each month at 10:00 Humana Insurance, 3653 Airport Blvd near I65. Patterns and some material supplied as needed. All skill levels welcome. This group is facilitated by Joyce Reed – lsubookwrm@hotmail.com

Where: Restaurant determined by the clubThe group meets for lunch, fun, and a discussion of that month’s book. The next month’s book is announced at each guild meeting. Everyone is welcome whether you’ve read the book or not.
Art Quilters

We enjoy making original art quilts, and helping each other develop our artistic and creative talents. We have programs on various artistic or mixed media techniques as they apply to quilting, work on individual and group projects, and offer support and input for quilt artists of all skill and experience levels.
